Hazelnut Cold Coffee

Citrus Hazelnut Punch

Hazelnut Cold Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

Hazelnut Syrup -15 ml
Espresso – 30 ml (or strong brewed coffee)
Chilled milk – 120 ml
Vanilla ice cream – 3 Scoops

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend:
In a blender, combine:
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
30 ml espresso
120 ml chilled milk
15 ml hazelnut syrup
Blend until smooth and creamy.

SERVE

Pour into a glass.

GARNISH

Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate or hazelnut syrup, and crushed nuts or coffee powder.

INGREDIENTS

Hazelnut Syrup – 30 ml
Orange Juice – 150 ml
Lemon juice – 10 ml
Ice cubes – 6

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the Glass:
Fill a tall glass with 6 ice cubes.

Mix the Drink:
In a shaker or mixing jug, combine:
150 ml orange juice
30 ml hazelnut syrup
10 ml lemon juice
Shake or stir well until chilled and combined.

SERVE

Pour over the prepared glass of ice

GARNISH

Add an orange slice or a twist of lemon peel for a fresh citrusy touch.
