Irish Coffee

Irish Cold Brew (Shaken Version)

INGREDIENTS

Irish Coffee Syrup – 15 ml
Hot water – 180 ml
Sugar syrup – 10 ml
Espresso – 30 ml (or strong black coffee)
Whipped cream – 30 gm
Brown sugar (for rimming the glass)

INSTRUCTIONS

Rim the Glass:
Moisten the rim of a heat-safe glass (Irish coffee glass or similar) with water or lemon juice.
Dip into brown sugar to coat the rim.

Prepare the Base:
In a cup or heat-safe mixing container, combine:
180 ml hot water
30 ml espresso
15 ml Irish Coffee syrup
10 ml sugar syrup
Stir well until fully mixed.

Pour & Top:
Pour the coffee mixture into the sugar-rimmed glass.
Gently top with 30 g whipped cream. Pour it slowly over the back of a spoon to let it float.

GARNISH

Garnish with Coffee Beans.

Irish Coffee Syrup – 30 ml
Espresso – 30 ml (or strong black coffee, cooled)
Chilled milk – 120 ml
Fresh Cream – 60 ml
Ice cubes – 6

INSTRUCTIONS

Add to Shaker:
In a Mocktail shaker, combine:
30 ml Espresso
30 ml Irish syrup
120 ml chilled milk
60 ml fresh cream
6 ice cubes

Shake:
Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well mixed and slightly frothy.

SERVE

Strain and pour into a glass directly from the shaker.

GARNISH

Dust with cocoa powder, coffee powder, or top with a swirl of whipped cream.
