INGREDIENTS
Peach syrup – 20 ml
Orange juice – 100 ml
Cranberry juice – 100 ml
Lemon juice – 10 ml
Simple syrup – 5 ml (optional, adjust to taste)
Ice cubes – 6
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake:
In a shaker, combine:
100 ml orange juice
100 ml cranberry juice
20 ml peach syrup
10 ml lemon juice
5 ml simple syrup
6 ice cubes
Shake well until chilled.
SERVE
Pour into a tall glass filled with ice
GARNISH
Add an orange wheel or a peach slice for a tropical presentation.

Soda – 120 ml (chilled)
Lemon juice – 5 ml
Simple syrup – 5 ml (optional, adjust to taste)
Tabasco – 5 dashes

Chili salt – for rimming the glass
INSTRUCTIONS
Rim the Glass:
Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of your serving glass.
Dip into a mix of chili powder + salt to coat the rim.
Mix the Drink:
In a shaker, combine:
30 ml peach syrup
5 ml lemon juice
5 ml simple syrup
5 dashes of Tabasco
Ice cubes
Shake well.
SERVE
Strain into the chili-salt-rimmed glass filled with fresh ice.
Top up with 120 ml chilled soda
